Through out the years I've encountered many great personal trainers to help me improve, but Dustin stands out a cut above the rest. He is meticulous in his approach to explain the tiniest nuances in each exercise and helped me to not only visualize the correct form but also internalize and develop a keen sense of awareness to my movements. Let's face it, a press is not just a press and the tiniest details can make a big difference. The angles, the approach, the supporting muscles, the breathing, how you establish that muscle to mind connection, they all com to play. I have neglected these details for years to my own detriment and regret. Pareto principle applies here. Sometimes 20% of the details in the exercise with yield 80% of the results. He is a gem, but do be aware, though, he will expect you to work hard and stay focused.
